All products are shipped from Canada via Canada Post. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of placing the order unless the product is back ordered.
For U.S. and Canada customers, average delivery time is as follows:
Regular Mail: 4~7 days (mostly by air and without online tracking number)
Expedited Mail: 7 days (mostly by land transportation with online tracking)
Express Mail: 3-4 business days (by air with online tracking number)
For international customers, average delivery time is as follows:
Regular Mail: 7~10 days (by air and without online tracking number)
Expedited Mail: 1~2 months (by ship and with online tracking number)
Express Mail: 4~7 business days (by air with online tracking)
GiftsCircle offers free shipping on all orders to Canada and United States. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. For overnight delivery service or for international expedited or express mail service, contact us at email@example.com to get a quote for shipping fee.

Back Orders :
If the customer's product(s) is in back order, GiftsCircle will let the customer know through email within 2 days of purchase.
All orders placed on GiftsCircle.com are subject to the customer agreeing to our shipping terms and conditions
You will be charged another shipping fee to re-ship each and every package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you will be charged another shipping fee, equivalent to the original shipping charge, to have the package(s) re-shipped. For customers who wish to cancel their returned orders, the order will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. GiftsCircle.com is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
Sales Tax will only be charged for all shipments within the State of California at the rate of 8.75%. For further clarification call customer service: 1-866-915-5300.
International Orders Policy:
GiftsCircle is NOT responsible for any and all packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the country’s respective Customs Department. It is the FULL responsibility of the customer to ensure that their purchased products are allowed by their Customs. If a product is returned to us, we will credit you back 80% of the order cost. We will take 20% for our restocking fee. Also, GiftsCircle does not refund any shipping charges on international packages.
International Customers may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge.
International Customers can order online just like domestic customers. You can also fax, phone, or mail us your order with a check or money order. However, please note that first time international customers MUST fax and/or mail GiftsCircle a copy of the front page of their credit card statement (monthly statement/ bill sent to you indicating how much you have spent), or a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with a utility (water, electricity or gas) bill indicating your name + shipping address. This step is only done once for the first time customer to verify that you are indeed the owner of the card and that there is no fraud or misconduct. Only after verifying the credit card, we will ship the order.

Returns, Exchange & Refunds:
Returned products must be new and unused, unless defective. They must be returned within 7 days upon delivery. After 7 days, no returned products will be credited. Exchanged product will be shipped within 48 hours after returned product is received. A shipping fee will be charged for exchanged products unless returned product is defective. In case of return for refund, as soon as a product is returned the charge back will be initiated, minus the shipping charge. This process usually takes 7-10 business days to reflect on your credit card bill. You can refuse shipment, but again, credit will not be charged back until we have received the items. Shipping costs are not refundable. All products should be in their original condition. Before returning product for exchange or refund, buyer must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return confirmation number as well as return instruction. In your email, kindly include your Order Number, Date ordered, and Reasons for return (choose one of the following):
- Damage or defective (in shipping) product
- Incorrect product shipped
- Dissatisfaction (please explain)
